PENGALAMAN UJIAN FIZIKAL IPG ON Wednesday, 17 May 2017 AT 21:39
Assalammualaikum,
So, today im going to share my experience about physical test. and yes, it was a long time ago.. umm it was like a month ago? maybe. I didn't thought that i would be into this ipg physical test bcs im not good in excercising. I would say that everytime when it comes to physical test at school, im not doing it properly. So, I bet everyone must be active in sport. heheh
1. Firstly, it was a BODY MASS INDEX TEST.
This one is such a piece of cake. So, there is no obstacle with this one.. i think soo?
2. 5 types of sit-ups
The first one is you need to reach ur knees with your hand. Second, you need to touch your knees using your elbows. Third one is u need to need to put both of your hand into a crosswise position. Forth, you need to put your hand as shown up there. The last one, you need to put both of your hands on your back bone. This is quite easy for me as the coach stepped on my shoes. So, it doesnt took a huge of force? XD
3. IDK what do it called in english, in malay it's called as "Jangkauan Melunjur"
My body is not that flexible. So, imma try the best to get the best mark. I think, i got 30/40. The maximum mark for this part is 40.
4. Pumping
Firstly, i thought this one is hard lol. But, it was just a starter for the bleep test XD if u practise at home 10 times a day, im sure you will achieved 30 times at that day. I got 24/30 on this part :3
5. BLEEP TEST
This one is sooo hard, swear to god i didnt make this one to 3.1. I just made until 1.1. Im soo breathless at that time lol. But, it doesnt mean u failed if you didnt reached 3.1 level.
I think thats all about my experience about physical test XD btw, i passed this test. Im going for IPG'S interview on next tuesday (23/5/2017)
